Agreement
By browsing this site and placing an order with John's Collection, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Age requirement (18+)
Some of the products we sell — including tobacco and nicotine products — are for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to order them. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement, and our rider may ask for proof of age on delivery and refuse to hand over age-restricted items if it isn’t provided.
Products and availability
We try to keep product details, images, and stock accurate, but items may sell out or vary slightly. If something you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know and adjust or cancel that part of the order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your mobile number by SMS before accepting. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our area, or we cannot verify the order.
Prices
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order rather than fulfil it at the error price.
Payment — cash on delivery
All orders are paid in cash to the rider on delivery. We do not take card or online payments. Please have the exact total ready where possible.
Delivery
We deliver across Islamabad and dispatch elsewhere in Pakistan. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive age-restricted items and pay in cash.
Returns and refunds
Because payment is on delivery, you can refuse an item at the door if it is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, and you will not be charged for it. Once accepted and paid for, contact us on WhatsApp if there is a problem and we will put it right where we reasonably can.
Health notice
Tobacco and nicotine products are harmful and addictive. They are sold strictly to adults and are not suitable for minors, or for people who are pregnant or have certain health conditions.
Liability
We provide the shop and delivery with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, John's Collection is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or products beyond the value of the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad.
