Who we are
John's Collection is a retail shop based in Islamabad, Pakistan, delivering everyday goods on a cash-on-delivery basis. This policy explains what we collect when you place or track an order and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, any delivery notes, and the items you order. To confirm your number we send a one-time code by SMS. We do not collect card, bank, or other payment details, because all orders are paid in cash on delivery.
How we use it
We use your information to verify your mobile number, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about that order, and keep a record of the sale. We may use aggregate, non-identifying order data to understand demand and improve the shop.
Who we share it with
We share your name, address, and number with our delivery rider only so they can bring your order, and your number with our SMS provider only to send the verification code. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
Your browser stores your basket and, for staff, a secure sign-in session. These are necessary for the site to work and are not used to track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet any legal or tax obligations, after which they are removed or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us on WhatsApp. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
